Lukins Brothers Water Company, Inc. Projects In 2008, The California Public Utilities Commission made the finding that rehabilitation of Lukins Brothers Water Company, Inc. was necessary. Since that time, we have initiated a water system rehabilitation and replacement project. Below we have posted the DESIGN REPORT DRAFT 1 and Supplement below, which will provide you with detailed information. Plans for Phase I have been completed, and are available for review in our office. For more information, please contact our office. We are currently seeking funding for Phase I and part of Phase II. Informational letters have been sent to customers, a link has been posted below and published in the Tribune.
