Rate Information

Lukins is composed of mostly flat rate residential services.  We currently have 22 meter customers, which the majority are commercial accounts.  The Public Utility Commission requires we bill in advance for all flat rate customers. Flat Rate customers are billed quarterly in advance, meter customers are billed monthly for usage.

Due Dates for Quarterly Flat Rate Customers are as follows:
     January 1 (Or the first business day following if day falls on a weekend/holiday)
     April 1 (Or the first business day following if day falls on a weekend/holiday)
     July 1 (Or the first business day following if day falls on a weekend/holiday)
    October 1 (Or the first business day following if day falls on a weekend/holiday)

Monthly Meter bills are due 19 days after date of bill.
